Shipping & Delivery Policy

Liberty Tires Inc. sells commercial truck tires, light truck and passenger tires, truck parts and flatbed equipment from our warehouse at 450 Miles Pkwy, Bartlett, IL 60103. We deliver with our own trucks within 100 miles of our warehouse, or you can pick up your order at the warehouse free of charge. We do not ship by parcel or freight carriers and we do not deliver outside our 100-mile area. The delivery options available for your address, and their exact price, are always shown at checkout before you pay.

1. Local Delivery (our trucks, within 100 miles of Bartlett, IL)

Local delivery is available to addresses within 100 miles of our warehouse, measured in a straight line:

  • Within 35 miles: $50 delivery fee. Free on orders of $500 or more.
  • 35 to 80 miles: $100 delivery fee. Free on orders of $1,500 or more.
  • 80 to 100 miles: $100 delivery fee. Free on orders of $1,800 or more.

The free-delivery threshold applies to the order subtotal shown at checkout. After your order is processed, we contact you by phone or email to confirm the delivery window, gate instructions and unloading requirements.

2. Outside Our Delivery Area

Addresses more than 100 miles from our warehouse are not offered delivery at checkout. You are welcome to place the order for free pickup at our warehouse in Bartlett, IL.

3. Free Warehouse Pickup

You can pick up your order free of charge at 450 Miles Pkwy, Bartlett, IL 60103 during business hours. Orders are ready within 1 hour of placement during business hours; we notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed outside business hours are ready within 1 hour of opening on the next business day.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or a holiday are processed on the next business day.

5. Inspection and Damaged Items

Please inspect your order when it is delivered or when you pick it up. Report damage or missing items within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup: email photos and your order number to info@libertytiresinc.com. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
