These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://libertytiresinc.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products and services from Liberty Tires Inc. ("Liberty Tires", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We sell truck and commercial tires, parts, and related products. We make every effort to display products, specifications, and prices accurately, but errors may occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. An order is confirmed only once we accept it and process payment.

PAYMENT

Orders placed on the Site are paid at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal (including Venmo through PayPal), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Orders placed by phone or email may also be paid by ACH bank transfer or company check, or, for local deliveries, in cash, Zelle, or Venmo to our driver. We do not offer Net 30 or other credit terms. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery and pickup options, areas, and any free-delivery thresholds are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or pickup.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

WARRANTIES

Tires and parts are covered by the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers. Except for those manufacturer warranties, products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Proper installation, maintenance, inflation, and use of tires are the responsibility of the customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Tires shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and the Liberty Tires name — is owned by or licensed to Liberty Tires Inc. and may not be used without our written permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
